Chairdrobe refers to the art of piling clothes on a chair to be used in place of a closet or dresser. If a chair is not available one can always defer^{1 to a floordrobe.}

把衣服堆在椅子上，而不是放进壁橱或者衣柜，这就叫椅柜。假如找不到适合的椅子，还可以把衣服堆在地板上，这被叫做地板衣橱。

It is a chair filled with already worn to be worn clothes, and it acts as a makeshift closet or dresser.
